11:00 am–4:00 pm Paint and decorate as a team

4:00 pm–4:30 pm Clean-up/ Judges Panel Review Boards

4:30 pm Awards ceremony

Awards Categories

• Most Mission-Friendly Design
• Best Interpretation of Light the Way
• People’s Choice Award (decided by audience votes)

A panel of UIW leaders will judge entries in each category.

Participation Guidelines

• Boards must include your organization’s name.
• Only one group representative needs to register; teams may include 6–8 members.
• After registration, you’ll receive a list of approved supplies—please use only those items.
  • Rhinestones, glitter, feathers, and similar embellishments are not allowed.
• Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided for all participants.

How to Participate

RSVP in Engage by Monday, October 20, 2025. Look out for an email with details on supplies. Arrive on event day prepared to paint, compete, and enjoy the experience.
