The purpose of this event is to provide Black women who are university faculty, alumni and professionals across various fields with a platform to share their career paths and lived experiences as Black women in their respective industries. Through open dialogue and reflection, the panel aims to highlight diverse professional journeys, amplify Black women’s voices and offer insight, encouragement and mentorship to students and members of the campus community.
