Jon has worked at UIW for over 4 years. Before working under the Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology in 2022, he served as the Technical Specialist for the School of Physical Therapy.  With 6 years of professionally serving educators, Jon has worked at every level of education. In this time, he's performed a multitude of duties and responsibilities ranging from professionally turning things on/off again, hardware and software troubleshooting, instructional-based machinations, and being consistent in the support he provides to the UIW community.

Jon is a Texas Woman's University alumni, where he studied Computer Science and Informatics. He recently finished his M.Ed in Learning, Design, and Technology at Arizona State University.
