Dr. Farshid Amir will be leading optometry students to several cities in Guatemala to embrace the opportunity to provide vision and disease screenings to  underserved populations at various clinics. During this international experiential learning program, optometry students will become more confident, compassionate and independent leaders. The service mission program is currently scheduled from May 1 - 8, 2026 (*Dates are subject to change). 

This services mission program complements student's current curriculum.
