Dr. Carlos Baldo, Assistant Professor of Business Administration at HEBSBA, is in the planning phase of creating his upcoming faculty-led program for students enrolled in international business or interested in learning more about the U.S. and Costa Rica's business environment, processes, and culture. Students will learn local business practices and the roles of business leaders while comparing business protocols between the two countries. In addition, students will have an opportunity to learn about the history, culture, religion, and cuisines of Costa Rica. This faculty-led program will complement the courses titled BINT 3331 International Business Management or BINT 4371 Selected Topics.

This program is currently being developed with the intention of confirming the final details early in the fall 2025 semester. Students interested in this upcoming faculty-led business program to Costa Rica are encouraged to email Dr. Carlos Baldo, at baldo@uiwtx.edu.
