The University of the Incarnate Word offers a faculty-led study abroad program in Heidelberg, Germany, during Spring Break of 2025: March 6 – 17. This program is open to the students of H-E-B School of Business and Administration. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to gain international experience during their spring break. Specific activities such as visits to German companies, breweries, and the European Union Parliament in Strasbourg, France, could enhance students’ understanding of business, cultural, and social interactions of another country.

The program is hosted at SRH University in Heidelberg, Germany (https://www.srh-hochschule-heidelberg.de/) where students can engage with faculty, staff, and students as they participate in classroom lectures on business ethics and/or leadership from a German perspective. This program is open to all business majors

Participants are required to have a valid passport or proof of submitted passport application.

Students may make their payments utilizing UIW's CashNet at https://commerce.cashnet.com/UIW079. Below are the Deposit and Payment Deadlines. *Note: a minimum of 16 students are required for the program's price of $2,600. The program price does not include lunch and dinner.

Deposit $600 by Sept. 20, 2024. 

1st payment $1000 by Oct. 18, 2024.

Final payment $1000 by Nov. 18, 2024.
