Dr. Irene Gilliland, Professor Emerita of Nursing, will be leading students enrolled in health programs or interested in learning more about the U.S. and New Zealand's health systems, processes, and culture. Students will learn local healthcare practices, roles of pharmacists and nurses, level of professional education, and hospital systems. In addition, students will have an opportunity to learn about the history, culture, religion and cuisines of New Zealand.
