Dr. Erlinda Lopez-Rodriguez, Associate Provost for Health Professions, will be leading a dedicated group of 20 students from various health profession programs, along with 11 faculty members, and 2 CCVI sisters. The mission trip will take place from September 5 to 12, 2026 in Oaxaca, Mexico. UIW has a long and rich history of participating with the non-profit organization Quijotes of San Antonio. This organization conducts an annual medical mission trip every September in Oaxaca, where participants partner with local medical professionals to provide care to over 2,500 patients. We are proud of the commitment and dedication of our students and faculty in serving our global community.
