Adela Gott serves as a Software Innovation and Application Specialist at the University of the Incarnate Word, where she has dedicated four decades to advancing educational technology. With 40 years of institutional experience, she brings deep expertise in software solutions and innovation. Adela is passionate about photography, capturing the world through her creative lens.

Dr. Deepti Kharod enjoys teaching, learning, and doing research with preservice teachers, educators, and education researchers. She completed her PhD in Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching at the University of Texas at San Antonio, with a concentration in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.
Before coming to UIW, Dr. Kharod taught preservice teachers in UTSA’s teacher education program about multicultural education, science methods, play-based learning, and teaching/ learning in the early childhood context. As a classroom teacher, she taught elementary students for 10 years in a San Antonio suburb. Prior to that, she was a journalist in Berkeley, CA and New Delhi, India. Her academic background includes International Relations, Journalism, and South Asian Studies.
