Dr. Robert Wescott played a pivotal role in negotiating China’s entry into the WTO. Drawing from firsthand experience, he will share behind-the-scenes stories from these negotiations and explore the expected—and unexpected—global shifts that followed. We will begin the evening event with an intimate networking reception and light hors d’oeuvres at the Mabee Library at 5:30 PM, followed be the actual discussion at  6:15  in the auditorium.
