Join us for the UIW Ring Ceremony presented by Herff Jones as we commemorate your academic achievements and present you with your class ring! This celebration is open to students who have purchased the official Herff Jones class rings; and students who would like to use other spirit rings or personal rings.

Before the ceremony, all rings will stay overnight at the Chapel of the Incarnate Word. Details for ring collection will be sent out once a student has registered for the event.

Guests will also hear a special message from UIW President, Dr. Thomas Evans and UIW Alumni Association Board President, Dr. Amanda Roberts.

Registration is free of charge for students and their guests. Participants can register themselves and up to three guests. All registrations (for students and their guests) will need to be entered at the same time, on the same registration. Multiple registrations are not allowed.

For all student required fields (student ID, graduation year, and ring status), you may enter N/A for your guests.
