Kelso Art Center

The Fine Arts Complex includes art studios, ceramics workspaces, and music practice rooms and recital halls, including Palestrina Hall. Also found here is the Semmes Gallery, which showcases both the art of students and guest artists on a regular basis. The adjacent theatre complex includes the Coates Theatre, a 300-seat performance space, and the Cheever Downstage II Theatre, a black box space which hosts smaller productions. Theatre Arts produces four productions on average annually, all of which are free to students.
